This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have filled a form with Northernbridge Holdings Inc through our website, or via our scheduling forms, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +15185380247. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
